Magazine Album Advert Analysis

Here displayed together are six different album adverts and tour dates for the official tour that accompanies the album that would have been featured in a music magazine at one point the albums being advertised are:
The Blueprint 3 - by Jay Z
Grimewave- by Wiley
Bud, Sweat and Beers- by Devlin
Against all odds- by N-DUBZ
Boy in Da Corner- by Dizze Rascal
and Catch 22- by Tinchy Stryder

There is a clear pattern with the posters as they either have a lot of bright colour or they have none at all these purposefully draws attraction as both are on either ends of the spectrum so will stand out from the standard colours used in the rest of the magazine in  almost all of the adverts the image being displayed is identical to the album cover this means that we could make our magazine advert look the same or similar to the Digi-pack we design as to provide cross media convergence and to make the image recognizable to the public so they can instantly identify the album when seen in a shop and will know the artist as it is in the case of all of the posters at the very top and in the largest print size. these are some of the few things I will be taking into consideration when creating my own advertisement.
